The concept of the Benada Restaurant is based on providing culinary experiences from dishes which are prepared by the Head Chefs in our restaurants on the basis of traditional Czech gastronomy with a modern take and a touch of international cuisine and also with a view to requirements for healthy nutrition.

The menus in individual restaurants offer local specialities and culinary experiences from the gastronomy calendar. The team of chefs prepare regular gastronomy events every month thematically focused on a range of specialities from seasonal ingredients with a view to the trends in modern gastronomy and an emphasis on dishes being fresh, seasonal and local specialities.
